• If a manufacturing defect is confirmed:
  • The customer must notify AbayaEG within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided.
  • Defective items will be compensated with an equal quantity.

 Compensation Method

• Compensation is not issued as cash refunds.
• Compensation is applied only through a future order, by adding replacement items of equal value.
• This ensures continuity while protecting both parties from international shipping losses.

 Support for Serious Buyers

In special cases, AbayaEG may:

• Allow reasonable time for the customer to complete selling their stock.
• Coordinate compensation as part of a follow-up order.
